Before you call: a quick checklist
A little preparation makes the first conversation much more useful. You do not need technical knowledge, only a rough idea of the space and what you want to achieve.
- Note your area and nearest landmark so we can plan the route.
- Count how many balconies, windows or openings need work.
- Tell us who uses the space, such as small children, pets or elderly relatives.
- Mention birds, monkeys or wind if they are a problem.
- Check whether your building needs permission from an association or landlord.
On the visit we measure every opening, check the ceiling, wall and floor for fixing points, and explain the options before we write the quote. We aim to make the decision easy rather than to sell you the biggest job.
Before you contact us
What should I have ready when I call?
Your area, the service you want, and roughly how many balconies, windows or areas need work. A photo sent on WhatsApp helps us give better advice before we visit.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to calls and WhatsApp messages the same day and to confirm a visit time as soon as we have your address. The enquiry form sends an email and a record straight to our team.
Do I need to be at home for the site visit?
Someone who can show us the balcony or space and decide on your behalf should be there. We agree the time with you in advance.
Can I send photos or a video?
Yes, WhatsApp is the easiest way. A wide photo of the opening and one close-up of the ceiling or wall where fixings would go is usually enough for a first opinion.
Is there any charge for the quote?
No. The site visit, measurement and written quote are free, and you decide afterwards whether to go ahead.
