Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Dhanush Safety Nets website and to quotations we give you. By using the website or requesting a quotation you agree to them.

Information on this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but descriptions of products, materials and timelines are general guidance. The exact specification, price and timeline for your job are those written in your quotation after our site visit.

Quotations and site visits

Site visits, measurements and written quotations are free and carry no obligation. A quotation is based on the measurements and conditions found at the visit. If the site conditions differ when work starts, for example because a wall or slab is not sound, we will explain and agree any change with you before we proceed.

Bookings and payment

Payment terms, advance amounts and completion timelines are written in your quotation. We do not collect card details or payments through this website.

Warranty on workmanship

Any warranty applies to our workmanship and materials as stated in your quotation. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, deliberate damage, animals, or events outside normal use such as extreme storms, unless your quotation says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to fit nets, grills or hangers where required, for example from a landlord or apartment association, and for giving safe access to the work area. Nets and grills reduce risk but do not replace supervision of children and pets.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this website belong to Dhanush Safety Nets or its licensors. Please do not copy them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
