What is different about Arundelpet

A cricket practice net that works in one part of Andhra Pradesh may not suit another, so we plan around what is special about Arundelpet.

The lanes of Arundelpet are narrow and the buildings older, so long panels are hard to carry and we often cut and join material on site.

Roofs in older parts of Arundelpet vary widely in strength, so we inspect the structure before erecting any cricket frame.

Older independent houses near the Arundelpet lanes near the Brodipet junction were built at different times, so no two walls are quite alike and we test each fixing point.

Where lanes are crowded, as around Arundelpet, a fully enclosed net keeps the ball out of the street.

Market-day crowds near the Arundelpet lanes near the Brodipet junction make delivery of material tricky, so we time the work on small apartment blocks carefully.

School and college grounds in Arundelpet need boundary nets that protect classrooms and hospitals from stray balls.
